Deposit:
Bookings shall only be considered to be firm when payment is made of advance deductible from the bill at the end of the stay equal to 30% of the value of the stay for a stay of 3 nights or more and 50% of the stay for a stay of less than 3 nights.

Cancellation:
In accordance with the provisions of article 590 of the French civil code, "any advance payment made as a guarantee shall be retained by the seller".

Policy of the establishment:
In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival, the deposit shall be retained and a night shall be payable.

Cancellation less than 20 days before the scheduled arrival: the deposit shall be retained.
Cancellation more than 20 days before the scheduled arrival: the deposit may be refunded or carried forward.

Interruption: in the event of any interruption that is not announced 48 hours before the scheduled date, one night shall be charged as compensation.

Arrival time:
all bookings shall be maintained up to 6 pm.
Please inform us of any later arrival time.

Checking out:
the rooms shall be vacated before 12 noon.
Checking in: we do our best to keep the room ready as early as possible, but not before 2.30 pm
